Ace Paint Century

Ace Hardware Corporation, through the Ace Hardware Foundation, has been supporting Children's Miracle Network and its 156 U.S. affiliated hospitals since 1991. Children's Memorial Hospital is Chicago's premier children's hospital and serves patients from every corner of Chicago and its surrounding communities.

The Ace Hardware Foundation, located in Oak Brook, Ill. has been sponsoring a long-distance, multi-day bike ride for its members for the past seven years including two cross-country rides and several multi-day trips. We're now bringing it home to share it with our community members and raise money to help make miracle for kids in the Chicago area.

The Ace Paint Century is open to all riding levels and includes 12, 25, 50 and 100 mileage options. Note: All mileage options are approximate. To chose a mileage option of 50 or 100 miles participants must be at least 16 years of age or older. Children ages 16 and 17 however, must be accompanied by a registered adult. This will be a fully supported ride that will begin at the Ace Paint Division in Matteson, Ill., and ride south and west from there. The 12 mile and 25 mile options are family friendly and follow the Old Plank Road Trail.

While lunch will be provide for century riders at the half way mark, each route will circle back to the Ace Paint Division where a meal will be provided to all riders.

Pre-registered entrants receive a goody bag and ride T-shirt. Thank-you gifts awarded for reaching additional fund raising goals. BBQ lunch served starting at 10:00.
